Welcome to Grekam Wabot, a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) service operated by Grekam Visuals, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Definitions “Service” means the WhatsApp Business API access and web application tools provided by Grekam Wabot. “User” / “You” refers to any business, vendor, or individual who registers for and uses our services. “We / Us / Our” refers to Grekam Wabot (Grekam Visuals Pvt Ltd). “Meta” refers to Meta Platforms Inc., the owner of WhatsApp and provider of the WhatsApp Business API. 2. Eligibility You must be a legally registered business entity or authorized representative. You must comply with all applicable laws and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy. You must provide accurate and verifiable business documents during onboarding. 3. Use of Service You agree to use the WhatsApp API only for legitimate business communication with customers. Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any violation of WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy is strictly prohibited. All message templates must be approved by Meta before use. You are responsible for ensuring that customer opt-in consent is collected before sending business messages. 4. Account & Access You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of Meta’s or our policies. 5. Pricing & Payments Messaging costs are governed by Meta’s pricing model, based on conversation categories (Marketing, Utility, Authentication, Service). Grekam Wabot may charge additional platform usage fees as per your subscription plan. Payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed. No refunds are provided for unused messaging credits or early termination. 6. Data Privacy & Security We process customer data only for enabling WhatsApp communication. We do not sell, share, or misuse customer data. You are responsible for compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., IT Act, GDPR if applicable). All communications are encrypted and handled via Meta’s secure infrastructure. 7. Limitation of Liability Grekam Wabot provides services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for downtime, delays, or service interruptions caused by Meta, telecom providers, or third parties. We are not liable for losses arising from misuse of your account or unauthorized access. 8. Termination Either party may terminate the service with 30 days’ written notice. Immediate termination may occur for violations of policies, abuse of platform, or non-payment. 9. Compliance with Meta Policies You agree to comply with the following: WhatsApp Business Policy WhatsApp Commerce Policy Meta Developer Terms Failure to comply may result in account suspension or permanent removal. 10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of changes. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. 12.
